1.) Potential applicants MUST meet these basic requirements before being considered for application:
a. At least 18 years of age.
b. Be legally able to work in the United States and prove it.
c. Be mentally competent.
d. Possess a valid Texas I.D. card and/or Texas driver license
e. Have knowledge of Basic English, Math and Reading comprehension.
f. Not be suffering from habitual drunkenness or from narcotics addiction or dependence.
g. Be willing to take a physical and/or substance abuse examination whenever requested.
h. Have been discharged from the armed services of the United States under honorable conditions (if applicable.)
i. Not have been convicted, in any jurisdiction, of a Class B misdemeanor involving moral turpitude during a five (5) years period preceding the date of application or of a Class A misdemeanor or Felony during a ten (10) years period unless a full pardon has been granted for the conviction.
j. Pass a background investigation.

3.)All full-time positions are subject to these conditions:
a.) Full time is based on 40 hours a week.
b.) All positions are subject to shift and post rotation within the same contract as deemed necessary.
Employment expenses may be borne by the corporation or employee depending upon contract. Such expenses are outlined as, but not limited to, the following:
